If It Quacks Like A Lame Duck

If It Quacks Like A Lame Duck--

By Susie Cagle

George W. Bush's presidency is losing its mojo, and cartoonists haven't been above kicking him when he's down. Between the Democrats' newfound power to investigate on a whim and Bush's stubborn refusal to wake up and smell the coffee in Iraq, there is a strong perception that the president is 'done.' Even fellow Republicans are having second thoughts about following Bush off a metaphorical cliff, as Sandy Huffaker points out. It seems that Bush is not just a lame duck, but that his goose is cooked.
