Hillary a Magnet for Wrongdoing

By Rick Jensen

Hillary will not go to jail.Hillary will not be formally prosecuted. So who will?

So far, Hillary's claim that none of the emails on her illegal server were classified has been debunked at least 305 times. The true number of top secret emails she had in her possession has yet to be determined. All of this is certainly illegal, which is why the FBI is so adamantly investigating.

However, there's good reason to believe someone on her staff or other associate will more likely pay the price for these crimes.

History.

Early in her career, it became obvious to Democrats that Hillary was not to be trusted. Jerry Zeifman, a Democrat who served as counsel and chief of staff for the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate investigation, publicly acknowledged Hillary was a "liar" and behaved in an "unethical" manner during the House Judiciary Committee's impeachment inquiry into Watergate.

Zeifman, supervising Hillary on the Watergate impeachment inquiry, said she "...engaged in a variety of self-serving, unethical practices in violation of House rules."

Still, a certain element has been attracted to such ambition to power, which Bill and Hillary have successfully cultivated.

Fast forward to both her and her husband's campaigns in the 1990's through 2000's.Concerted efforts by Clinton cronies to illegally raise campaign cash were successfully prosecuted, with judges handing down sentences to no fewer than eight associates.

While the Clintons and other Democrats benefitted from these crimes, Hillary trotted away unscathed.

When hundreds of FBI files were found on her desk, the Clintons called it a "bureaucratic snafu," as though some rumpled-suited, hard-working government employee was dutifully sorting through nearly 900 FBI files of Republicans on Hillary's "enemies list" and simply filed them in the wrong place.

Any sort of rumpled-suited government employee in this tale of turpitude would be Craig Livingstone, a bar bouncer hired by Hillary to head the nonexistent "Office of Personnel Security."White House security is handled by the Secret Service.

The investigation found no direct evidence Hillary had been accessing the files and Livingstone got off by confessing he was incompetent.

Livingstone got off a lot easier than the Clintons' fundraisers.

The Wall Street Journal reports: "Norman Hsu was in the middle of the action in national politics eight years ago, as a top fundraiser for Hillary Clinton. These days, he is holed up in a federal penitentiary here on charges of operating a Ponzi scheme and breaking campaign finance laws..."

"...Mr. Hsu stole between $50 million and $100 million from individuals by claiming he was making short-term loans to retail companies—and then pressured the investors to make political contributions."

Last December, hotel developer Sant Singh Chatwal, a Hillary Clinton fundraiser, was sentenced to three years of probation after admitting he used straw donors to raise $180,000.

In March 2014, D.C. businessman Jeffery Thompson pleaded guilty to illegally funneling money to Clinton's 2008 presidential bid.

Why is it always Hillary?Gosh, the poor girl just can't get a break.

In 2013, William P. Danielczyk, Jr., the founder of a McLean, Va. banking firm known as Galen Capital Group, pleaded guilty to making illegal conduit campaign contributions.

He went to jail, depriving Hillary of another effective campaign fundraiser.

Evan Snapper and Hassan Namazee are two more lyrical names Hillary has to scratch out in her voluminous little black book of fundraisers.

In conversations with a businessman who went to jail for illegal fundraising, he made it very clear that his scheme was similar to those above and were in fact the ideas of people involved in the candidates' campaigns.

There are no innocents in these cases, only those who get caught and those who are clever enough to make sure someone else pays the price.

We're now learning that the classified and top secret emails sent to Hillary's personal server were "scrubbed" of their "classified," "top secret" and/or "Sigint" headers.

Who did the deleting?

Just as in the fundraising and FBI file scandals, Hillary's fingerprints will not be on those keyboards.

Someone else's will.
